Re: libsvn_ra_dev: compile error based on neon --with-ssl dependency.

Hi Greg,
Here is the svn configure line that I used both before and after recompiling
neon to support ssl. Note that neon (0.19.3) is not in the subversion source
tree but is under /usr/local:

./configure --enable-maintainer-mode --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs
--with-berkeley-db --with-apr=/usr/local/apache2
--with-apr-util=/usr/local/apache2 --with-neon=/usr/local

When building neon originally, I had just used "./configure", and when
compiling it to support ssl, I used "./configure --with-ssl". After
recompiling and installing the new neon, I made clean, configured
(using above args), and compiled subversion with no errors.
