The only problem I can see is getting rolled on by an elephant. For
example, Electronic Arts introduces it's new role-playing submarine game,
"Subversion" and fails to follow ...Software\<vendor>\<product> ...*whump*

Microshaft follows Branko's suggestion, it's probably a good idea to
whistle their tune.
