file permissions

When I check out files from subversion, they no longer have the correct
file permissions. I don't know if they are being lost during the commit
or the checkout.

The Design Document says that permissions will be handled via properties
so I'm guessing that I don't have a property set correctly. I found a
list of properties in svn_types.h but none appeared related to file
permissions.

Am I doing something wrong or is this not implemented yet?
