Re: more for the svn-breakage list?

I'm not sure if it is general enough or not. It is pretty much a hack but
I could post it and let the cleanup fun begin if people were interested.

It is currently geared for RPM but that might be made modifiable.

You can find it at http:://dsummers.digital-realms.com if anyone is
interested in seeing how it works. To be generally useful it definitely
needs some cleanup.

I may re-write it in perl. It still needs some cleanup work: It used to
correctly wait when multiple concurrent builds were attempted but I think
that functionality is broken currently and needs to be fixed (probably
simple).

Let me know what you think if you decided to take a look at it.
