Well I just did another dump of the same checkout but without the patch this
time, and here's what I found. We do change ports every once and a while.
The server seems to always send us a FIN packet. Normally it seems that we
just use a new port and keep going. For some reason with ne_decompress we
don't. Could it be a neon bug, or are Sander and I misusing it or is it
something else entirely?
