Not if we aren't releasing tarballs often enough. :-)

(Greg's fixing some config stuff and going to roll a new one soon.)

We need to be prepared to field questions about the most recent
release, as Subversion matures. It's okay to say "We think that's
fixed in the latest sources, can you upgrade and try again?", but we
shouldn't discourage the questions -- that might make all the nice
eyeballs go bye-bye, heh.
