Ben King found the bug that was causing svn to crash on checkouts on
Mac OS X. He found it about the same time that wrowe found the exact
same bug (and the corresponding exact same fix) on win32. :)

So update your apr's and try to build on Mac OS X. If you don't want
to bootstrap from the subversion-909 tarball, you can get a statically
built svn binary (v909) from here:
