RE: in-tree apr-util doesn't use in-tree db

Not sure if this is the problem you were having, but when you configure
apr-util it tries to find db4 rather than db-4 (which is what the
in-tree copy of db installs itself as). Not sure if you are even
getting near that point, though as you likely haven't installed db yet.
I posted a patch a while back to apr-util to fix that (which was
apparently forwarded to the apr-util people, but nothing came of it).
I'm not sure who is using db4 as the name, but everyone seems rather
inconsistent, as I installed a copy from RedHat last week and they are
using db-4.0 (was fighting with that one today).

Subject: in-tree apr-util doesn't use in-tree db

Hi

I notice (from the apr-util configure output) that when I configure
with both db and apr-util in the source tree, apr-util doesn't find
the db in the source tree. I don't think this is a problem at present,
but is this going to be a problem if/when we start using apr-util?
