Note that "apache-apr" is redundant :-) "Apache Portable Runtime (APR)"

If plain old "apr" isn't desired, then "libapr" or "asf-apr" ought to be
fine (I'd probably go for the libapr form).

I'm not clear on the RPMs that you're setting up here, but the intent is to
eventually have an APR, APRUTIL, and httpd RPM, right? With the latter
depending upon the first two RPMs? And SVN depending upon those?
