need *RECENT* APR (was: Config broke in rev 1150 (Unterminated 's' command))

Ben did the stuff below and we discovered that it is because (your) APR is
out of date.

I made change in APR and in SVN; they need to be in sync.

So... get revision 1155 of SVN, and APR as of Sunday, Feb 3, 16:30 PST
(basically, any time after you receive this email).
