Well, that's kind of hard in general you only get the exit code after
all.
Win32 does return the SEH exception value as the exit code of the
process, but that's fairly annoying to parse. I've stuck the possible
return values for Win32 below. You're probably better off parsing the
output and checking for a non-zero return value. Combining the two
should let you be able to infer whether you had a fatal error or not.
