repository down for a bit

Mike Pilato and I both noticed that update was timing out, and svn
status -u was taking a long time too.

On svn.collab.net, we saw that there were more than 20 apache
processes running (should max out at 10). Mike ran "db_recover -ve",
and it's taking a really long time... We have about 10 log files, all
but one of which are in use according to db_archive. Hmmm.

Not sure what it all means, we're investigating right now, the server
is down in the meantime. Sorry for the inconvenience. At least you
have offline diffs, right? :-)
