svn diff foo:bar issues?

is anyone else seeing this?

rooneg@quicksilver:~/new>

svn diff -r 1001:1002 http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk seems to
work fine however.

i'm starting the "back up the revision you're using to see when this
happened" game now, and i'll post more when i figure out what's up.
