Upgrade Time

  -- Warning --

It's time to upgrade our server (svn.collab.net) to what we're about
to dub as 0.8 (M8). This means that the server will be going offline
in a few minutes, and will come up... when we're done.

(There's a lot of work to do... new APR, new Apache, new version of
DB, repository upgrade, etc.)

When the server comes back up, it will start sending keyword expansion
data in all checkouts and updates. This data will be stored in your
working copy 'entries' files. If you want all the data to be
available on everything in your working copy, you'll have to do a
fresh checkout. Otherwise, you don't need to worry about it (unless
you want to start playing with keyword expansion, or if we start
making 'svn st -v' show last-changed-revs.)

Also, when the server comes back up, it will be sending diffs during
updates. (woohoo!)

  -- Request --

Once the server is back up, we'll post an M8 tarball and make a tag.
In the meantime, please don't go setting 'svn:eol-style' or
'svn:keywords' properties just yet. While hand-tests seem to be
working, we're still in the process of writing regression tests. As
long as those properties are non-existent, there should be no
problems. (If you do want to play with the new features immediately,
do it somewhere other than in our source tree!)
