Re: Bad URL passed to RA layer

Apache 2.0 (try to get the latest version via cvs) only required for the
Subversion server. I think libneon is the only requirement for the client.

Subversion is a server-client system. If you want to build the server, yeah,
then you need Apache 2 installed. If you just want the client to test it
out, you won't need to get Apache.
