When you run "svn --version", what does it say? Is ra_dav among the
ra modules present?

By the way, you sent your mail to cvs@subversion.tigris.org, which is
defunct. But your `Reply-to' was set to dev@subversion.tigris.org,
which is the right list to ask on.
