This is from the GNU gettext NEWS file:

That means Subversion can use the stock gettext for i18n and l10n.

Oh goody, no more ripping the libintl implementation out of glibc! :-)

(P.S.: I'm told that the reason for changing the libintl licence was
that the Gnome project threatened to develop its own gettext library if
FSF didn't cease and desist. Can't say what the real story behind this
is, though.)
