I'm an idiot. I read your mail too hastily. The script I wrote
(which is at http://svn.collab.net/svn-log.cgi) dumps the log messages
from the revision history of our Subversion repository.

Sorry. If everyone agrees that there shouldn't be anything in
Apache's logs that would be considered a security risk, I can whip up
a script to do as you requested.
