RE: Win32

I saw some, but of course I pulled this from CVS at 1100 PT
today (of course that doesn't mean that it isn't in CVS now),
so I don't think it could be that old. I will keep watching
to see if anything else hits the CVS list, as you said the
win32 stuff tends to lag behind, but at least this project is
allowing for it to exist.
