Subversion is written in a rather modular fashion, and one of those
modules is libsvn_client. This library contains all the interfaces
necessary for a Subversion client to work properly. Right now, the
command-line client is the only client being continually developed (as
far as I know...and of you list-folk have secret side projects?). I
know some work has been done on COM controls, too, but I don't know
their status.
