1.69 seconds on my freshly-"cvs up/autogen/conf/make clean/make"-created
subversion suite (which differs only in that I uncommented test #24 in
fs-test.c). Not too bad considering there are 4 setup clauses (which
talk to BerkeleyDB) and 16 sub-tests (which also talk to BerkeleyDB).

Hmm. 13.83 seconds, no grinding, no halting. It would appear that
I'm not a prime candidate to examine this problem. Anyone else having
this issue besides Karl?
