We do not have immediate plans to support "hard links" (i.e. copies
which share changes). The current discussion is related to the
internals of the filesystem and not the user-visible semantics. I'd
try to explain in more detail, but I'd just wind up reiterating what's
in subversion/libsvn_fs/structure.
