O.K., it's time for an update now that filesystem tests actually create
a filesystem.

i686-pc-linux-gnu:
  build: O.K.
  check: O.K.

sparc-sun-solaris2.6:
  build: O.K.
  check: O.K.
hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20:
  build: Breaks in libsvn_client; looks like
         APR doesn't support dynamic loading on
         HP-UX. Need to look into that.
  check: N/A

rs6000-ibm-aix4.3.2.0:
  build: O.K.
  check: Segfault in fs-test. Actually in DB3 while
         opening the environment, during mutex init.
         Don't know, either DB3 doesn't work on AIX
         or I don't know how to build it. Sigh.

Win32:
  build: Under (re)construction.
  check: N/A

This looks worse than last time, but given all the new functionality
we've got, it's basically o.k. I'll have to look into the HP-UX and AIX
issues, and update the Win32 build bits.
