Forgot to mention this in my other email. The problem was that the
symlink to config.sub et al were not being created. However, the
symlinks to the automake directory were being created. It is just
libtool that was having this problem. I'm not sure how to fix this in
the scripts, so I just created the symlinks myself.

How is this supposed to be fixed?
