I took a peek at it, and it's definitely got potential. My main
concern is that we're dealing with local options (like those that go
with update or checkout), as well as global options. In any case, I
think that it's an interesting problem as far as opts processing goes
and will probably require more than one pass over arg[vc]. I'll try
and read some of the 'reference materials' after I get going on the
spec with Lefty tomorrow.
