another call for a volunteer

I just checked in a skeleton of a tree-delta "editor" to output XML.
It's a small-to-medium sized job, and incidentally would be a good way
to get familiar with the XML structure and tree deltas in general.
Anyone who's looking for a well-defined, completable thing to work on,
one that is needed for Subversion right now -- this is it! :-)

Aside from world-wide fame, a United Nations citation, and sacks of
gold and spices beyond your wildest dreams, you will have the
satisfaction of implementing the Subversion interchange format.
